Meal Plan Monday





This Monday morning started off with wonderful kisses from Calvin, that's always a pleasant way to start my week. I also found out this morning my friend Marie welcomed her second little one into the world this weekend. Congratulations Marie, I'm sure she is prefect.

Now onto our menu.......

Breakfasts:
Blueberry Pancakes-2Xs
Blueberry Muffins
Oatmeal-2Xs
Biscuits
Waffles

Lunches:
Rice and Beans X 2
Leftovers
Scrambled Eggs
Quesadillas
Grilled Cheese

Dinners:
Monday-Pork Chops, Potatoes, Green Beans, Biscuits
Tuesday-Lentils w/ Garlic and Tomatoes, Salad, Peas & Garlic Bread (New Recipe)
Wednesday-Cilantro Bean Burgers, Spanish Rice, chips and salsa, and guacamole
Thursday-Soup from Freezer
Friday-leftovers
Saturday-Spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, corn, salad
Sunday-leftovers

We're having pork here tonight as well. I have a terryaki tenderloin in the freezer, well actually it is getting ready to go into the oven, and figured it would be good tonight since I cannot go to the grocery store today - hubby is working on the vehicle.
